How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:
- Visit paddle.net and use Paddle's self-service refund tool.
- Contact our support team at support@autovision.ai and we will assist you with the process.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The request applies to the initial subscription or one-time purchase. Renewal refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- You have not materially breached our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, abuse, or reverse engineering).
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved and processed by Paddle, your payment will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Your access to paid features will be revoked upon refund completion.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
