  • Merchant of Record (Paddle): For sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. Paddle operates as an independent controller for the data it collects during checkout.
  • Professional advisers: Legal and accounting professionals, where necessary.
  • Authorities: Where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy. Account data is kept for the duration of your active account plus up to 2 years after closure to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Usage and technical logs are retained for up to 12 months. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

6. Payments by Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment data (such as card details and billing address) is collected and processed directly by Paddle during checkout.
